Holy Family Hospice is a unique, Catholic-sponsored hospice, bringing peace and comfort to patients and families of all faiths and walks of life. Our goal as a hospice is, and always will be, to remain grounded in our mission and to never lose sight of the ever-changing, individualized needs of our patients as they enter this next phase of life’s journey.
We recognize the overwhelming feelings that many families experience with the illness and passing of a loved one, and through our strong spiritual emphasis, we focus on patient and family support.
Our patients may choose to stay at home, in an extended care facility or in our residential facility for hospice services. Regardless of where they live, Holy Family Hospice offers a holistic approach, using traditional and alternative comfort therapies, that help patients and families cope with the complexity of the end-of-life process.
Holy Family Hospice provides compassionate care that addresses the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of each individual. Our bereavement program will support families and friends in their grief journey for a year or longer after the passing of their loved one.
