Holy Family Hospice is a unique, faith-based hospice, bringing peace and comfort to patients and families. Our goal as a hospice is, and always will be, to remain grounded in our Mission and to never lose sight of the ever-changing, individualized needs of our patients as they enter this next phase of life's journey.

We recognize the overwhelming feelings that many families experience with the illness and passing of a loved one, and through our strong spiritual emphasis, we focus on patient and family support.

Our patients may choose to stay at home, or in an extended care facility for hospice services. Regardless of the setting, Holy Family Hospice offers an interdisciplinary team approach that helps patients and families cope with the complexity of the end-of-life process.

Holy Family Hospice supports patients and their families by providing compassionate care that addresses individual spiritual, emotional and physical needs. Our bereavement program will support families and friends in their grief journey.
